If you have server administration, system maintenance, and infrastructure support experience and are looking for your next career move, apply nowJob Description\nWe are looking for a Network Support Analyst to maintain, configure, monitor, and support server environments while ensuring system security, performance, reliability, and data availability. This position will be full-time and remote.\nWhat You’ll Do\nRegularly monitor server health, availability, and performance\nMaintain and configure servers to ensure reliable and secure operations\nApply system patches, software updates, and security updates\nEnsure servers and related systems remain current with the latest approved updates\nImplement and manage backup and recovery plans\nPerform regular backups to maintain data integrity and availability\nManage user accounts, permissions, and access controls\nMaintain appropriate authentication and authorization mechanisms\nProvide technical support to IT staff and employees\nTroubleshoot and resolve server and system issues in a timely manner\nDocument system configurations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting procedures\nCollaborate with remote team members to maintain a stable technical environment\nWhat You’ll Need\nRequired:\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in server administration\nStrong knowledge of server hardware, operating systems, and supporting software\nExperience managing Windows and/or Linux servers\nExperience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V\nKnowledge of network protocols and services including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP\nExperience with server monitoring, system maintenance, patching, and updates\nExperience implementing and managing backup and recovery operations\nExperience managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nStrong attention to detail\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work effectively in a remote team environment\nPreferred:\nExperience administering both Windows and Linux server environments\nExperience supporting both VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms\nKnowledge of server security, system hardening, and access-management best practices\nExperience documenting server configurations, operational procedures, and recovery plans\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions\nSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.\nAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor\nReasonable accommodation statement\nIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to  (888) 824 -
