This role will also collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders across ITD as well as our business stakeholders. In addition, this role will serve as mentor and technical subject matter expert for the SaaS applications.Job Description\nWe are looking for a SaaS Administrator to maintainand enhancing data integrity through design, maintenance and security in a variety of SaaS applications.This position will be full-time andhybrid in Mandaluyong City.\nWhat You'll Do\nAssisting with enhancements and maintenance of automated processes and applications\n\nIdentify functionality gaps between requirements and system features and recommend best practice solutions\n\nUnderstand integration points and provide assistance to the integration team\n\nTransitioning legacy processes and functionality using newer tools for purposes of streamlining overhead and embedding efficiency\n\nTroubleshooting technical issues and devising immediate and long-term solutions\n\nDeveloping and implementing functional tests for security configurations and automated processes\n\nProvide support as an escalation path for internal technology teams\n\nMentoring other ITD resources and business users and preparation of reference guides\n\nEnsuring consistency in implementation of best practices, standardization\n\nWork with Coupa Support team through Coupa Success Portal in resolving product issues\n\nUse Coupa Community for raising enhancement requests as needed\n\nElicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints\n\nDecompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by those must base their work on the requirements\n\nLead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards\n\nParticipate in requirements prioritization\n\nParticipate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents\n\nParticipate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly\n\nTest instance/ test environment preparation\n\nTest data preparation, setting up of user roles and responsibilities\n\nUnderstanding and documenting the test requirements\n\nMonitor the quality gates (entry and exit criteria, quality of the deliverables)\n\nDevelop and maintain test scripts, execute test scripts, manage tracking/reporting systems\n\nRecord/report status of problem/issue/bug in issue tracing database\n\nDrive the testing process through development and execution of test scenarios\n\nDocument diagnostic steps for troubleshooting reported problem/issue/bug resolution\n\nFollow-up with users to ensure that their needs have been met\n\nQuality and test advocacy and resolution of issues that impede the test effort\n\nAssessing the progress and effectiveness of the test effort\n\nAdvocating the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of important defects\n\nConducting the necessary tests and logging the outcomes of that testing covering\n\nIdentifying the most appropriate implementation approach for a given test\n\nImplementing individual tests\n\nSetting up and executing the tests\n\nLogging outcomes and verifying test execution\n\nAnalyzing and recovering from execution errors\n\nConfiguration/personalization experience and technical architecture knowledge on these Coupa products: Procurement, Sourcing, Invoice and, Supplier Information Management\n\nKnowledge in integration approaches and tools among these Coupa products: Procurement, Sourcing, Invoice and, Supplier Information Management\n\nFamiliarity with Coupa Success Portal and Coupa Community processes\n\nFamiliarity with integrating the Coupa applications with Oracle ERP\n\nWhat You'll Need\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline preferred;
