You will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and project stakeholders to support the successful implementation of the SovOps solution.Job Description\nWe are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will play a key role in understanding and documenting business processes, requirements, and applications related to sovereign operations. The role will also support requirements development, testing activities, User Acceptance Testing, issue resolution, and vendor coordination throughout the project lifecycle. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong business analysis experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of banking, accounting, and financial services processes. The candidate should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and technical subject matter experts in a fast-paced project environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nConduct an in-depth review and analysis of existing business processes, captured requirements, design specifications, and applications related to sovereign operations\nDevelop and maintain additional requirements documentation for the project, as applicable\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into clear and actionable functional requirements\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and identify potential gaps or issues\nAssist in the preparation and review of test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts against defined requirements\nCoordinate with the testing team and assist business users during User Acceptance Testing\nParticipate in monitoring, tracking, and managing application defects, issues, and their resolution\nValidate delivered solutions against approved requirements and business expectations\nEngage with vendors regarding requirements elaboration, solution design, quality assurance, testing, and issue resolution\nWork closely with business stakeholders, vendors, technical subject matter experts, and integration teams throughout the project lifecycle\nSupport project teams in identifying business process improvements and opportunities for enhanced solutions\nPrepare and maintain relevant business analysis and project documentation\nParticipate in project meetings, workshops, requirements discussions, testing activities, and other project-related activities\nProvide updates on requirements, testing activities, issues, risks, and project progress to relevant stakeholders\nPerform other related duties and deliverables as required by the project team and ITD supervisor\nWhat You’ll Need\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or any related course\nAt least 8 years of solid experience in business analysis, including at least 3 years in a senior business analysis role\nAt least 5 years of experience in the banking, accounting, or financial services sector\nAt least 5 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes\nAt least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications\nGood exposure to financial audit and process audit frameworks and practices\nKnowledge of public expenditure and financial accountability frameworks and mechanisms\nStrong understanding of project management and systems development lifecycles\nKnowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies\nKnowledge of Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and Power BI\nProven vendor management experience\nStrong stakeholder communication and management skills\nExcellent written and spoken English communication skills\nPreferred:\nUnderstanding development processes\nExperience working on enterprise modernization or transformation initiatives\nExperience working with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders in large-scale projects\nExperience supporting requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and User Acceptance Testing\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions\nSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.\nAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor\nReasonable accommodation statement\nIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to  (888) 824 -
