pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion projects across Europe.\nPosition Summary\nThe Senior CQV Engineer will support commissioning and qualification activities across manufacturing process equipment, clean utilities, facility systems and supporting infrastructure.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with project engineering, construction, automation, quality and operations teams to deliver compliant systems from installation through qualification and operational readiness.\nResponsibilities\nLead and execute CQV activities for process, utility and facility systems.\nAuthor, review and execute commissioning and qualification documentation.\nSupport FATs, SATs, commissioning, startup and qualification activities.\nPerform field walkdowns and installation verification activities.\nReview engineering documentation including P&IDs, specifications, drawings and datasheets.\nManage deviations, punch list items and commissioning observations through to closure.\nParticipate in risk assessments and quality reviews.\nSupport system turnover and operational readiness activities.\nCoordinate with vendors, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.\nMentor junior CQV resources where required.\nRequirements\nDegree in Engineering, Science or a related technical discipline.\nSignificant CQV experience within pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environments.\nStrong understanding of GMP regulations and qualification practices.\nExperience supporting large-scale capital projects.\nFamiliarity with Kneat or equivalent electronic validation systems.\nExperience with FAT/SAT execution and vendor package review.\nKnowledge of risk-based qualification principles and ASTM E2500 methodologies.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFuture opportunities across Ireland, Netherlands, Switzerland and wider European life sciences
