The role will perform end-to-end testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, and Regression Testing, working under the guidance of the Lead QA to ensure required coverage, documentation quality, and timely defect turnaround.Job Description\nWe are looking for aSenior QA Analyst experience preparing test strategies/test plans, designing test cases/test scenarios, and executingtests.This position will befull-time andhybrid set-up in Mandaluyong City.\nWhat You'll Do\nReview user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows; clarify requirements with BA/PO/Developers and align with the Lead QA/Senior QA on scope and priorities\n\nCreate, update, and maintain assigned test scenarios and test cases for SIT, UAT support, and regression based on standards/templates\n\nContribute to test data preparation and validate environment readiness (access, roles, configurations) to ensure tests can proceed\n\nExecute test cases, record outcomes, and capture complete evidence (screenshots/logs) in accordance with QA standards\n\nLog, track, and manage defects in Azure DevOps (ADO), including clear reproduction steps and expected vs. actual results; follow through until closure\n\nPerform re-testing and regression testing on impacted areas; highlight recurring defects, suspected root causes, and risk areas to the Lead QA/Senior QA\n\nSupport preparation of UAT packs (test steps, data, access guidance) and assist business testers in executing and documenting results\n\nAssist with tracking UAT progress and defects and provide inputs to release readiness discussions as requested\n\nProvide regular status updates on execution progress, blockers, and defect trends to the Lead QA/Senior QA and project stakeholders\n\nMaintain traceability and test artifacts (test cases, results, evidence) to support audit/quality requirements\n\nIdentify gaps in test coverage and suggest improvements to test cases, checklists, and reusable regression assets\n\nContribute to automation enablement by keeping test cases stable and automation-ready;
