Responsibilities include conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and designing interfaces that are both functional and visually engaging.Job Description\nWe are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to design responsive web and mobile app experiences across relevant devices, platforms, screen sizes, and interaction patterns.This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City.\nWhat You'll Do\nConduct user research and gather insights through usability testing\nDevelop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts\nDesign responsive web and mobile app experiences across relevant devices, platforms, screen sizes, and interaction patterns\nWork with project stakeholders to align designs with project objectives\nCreate and maintain design documentation, including style guides and specifications\nApply user-centered design principles to improve usability and the overall user experience\nEnsure designs are responsive, adaptable, and consistent across web and mobile platforms\nConduct thorough user research to understand the end-users' needs, preferences, and pain points across web and mobile contexts\nAnalyze user feedback to make data-driven design decisions\nDesign wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma to communicate design concepts\nCreate mobile-first and responsive prototypes where applicable\nIterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability tests\nCreate high-fidelity UI designs that adhere to ADB’s branding and design guidelines\nDesign intuitive and visually consistent web and mobile interfaces\nApply platform-appropriate mobile design patterns while maintaining a cohesive cross-platform experience\nWork closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and other stakeholders) to ensure designs are feasible and meet project goals\nPresent designs and prototypes for stakeholder review and approval\nConduct usability testing on the designs and prototypes to identify areas for improvement\nIntegrate feedback to refine designs and ensure a user-friendly interface\nPrepare detailed design documentation, including specifications, style guides, and user flows, to support a smooth handoff to development teams\nProvide ongoing support during the implementation phase to address any design-related issues\nComprehensive user research reports with insights and analysis\nWireframes and interactive prototypes for M3, M5, M6, and EA Portal\nHigh-fidelity UI designs for the modules\nUsability testing reports and integration of feedback into final designs\nDetailed design documentation and style guides\nEffective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams\nWhat You'll Need\nAt least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user interfaces for complex systems\nDemonstrated experience designing mobile applications or mobile-first experiences for iOS and/or Android, including responsive layouts, touch interactions, navigation patterns, and platform conventions\nA portfolio that includes mobile app design work, interactive prototypes, and examples of user-centered design decisions\nProficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools\nExperience in designing for operations delivery, procurement, financial management, and enterprise applications\nA Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field;
