Our solutions accelerate performance by improving operational visibility, production efficiency, and profitability in complex, high-volume environments.\nAbout the Role\nCAI is looking for a Project Manager to join our Graphic Communications Segment operations team. This role is a remote role located in the United States.We are looking for someone who has experience in large-scale software implementations, has good project management experience and knows how to develop and organize a project plan from discovery to go-live.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of Graphic Communications ERP solutions enabling our customers to achieve their business objectives and operational results. This will include but not be limited to project management and delivery, stakeholder and customer relationship management, aligning with customer strategy, policy and procedures, product customizations and scope management, team leadership, financial management, partnering with the customer to advise and guide on change management issues and identifying Graphic Communications PMO process improvements.\nWhat You'll Do:\nProject Management and Delivery\nDevelopment of project plans - including estimation of resource requirements (skills, software, hardware etc) and timeframes, scheduling, budgeting, dependency identification and management, and change management planning\nManagement of project delivery according to approved project plans, objectives, budgets and document progress\nStakeholder management - through active involvement and regular communication with key stakeholders\nProject status reporting to key stakeholders including progress against milestones, issue and risk management details and budget versus actual costs\nManagement of project issues and risks - including: issue and risk identification, logging, assessment and treatment strategies\nManagement of project scope change through defined project change management processes\nAlignment of projects to strategic and operational plans of the Customer\nConduct of Post Implementation Reviews to identify and implement process improvement for future projects\nCompletion and filing of project documentation\nConsultative Relationship Building\nActive promotion and realization of the benefits and value associated with project delivery and professional service delivery in particular.\nEarn the trust of key client executives and personnel through demonstrated expertise, high quality delivery, and candid insight\nActively seek opportunities to expand value to the client within current scope and through proposal of project extensions and additional projects\nProfitability Management\nManaging chargeability of Graphic Communications services resources\nManaging personal chargeability\nManagement of stakeholder expectations in line with delivery capability and priorities\nAlignment of deliverables and business needs and requirements. Customer awareness of an agreement with scope and contract terms. Obtaining signoff on completion of deliverables.\nManaging invoicing process including proactively building client understanding of invoiced charges.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n8+ years including a combination of relevant experience delivering software solutions to an external customer, Software as a Service industry experience and project management experience\nAbility to manage external customer expectations in accordance with work priorities\nStrong inter-personal and relationship management skills\nExperience with different software methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall\nStrong foundation in project management methodologies\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nHigh level of presentation/persuasive communication skills\nKnowledge of Print industry would be a bonus\nWhy Join CAI\nAt CAI, we are building something that matters.
