Our solutions accelerate performance by improving operational visibility, production efficiency, and profitability in complex, high-volume environments.\nAbout the Role\nCAI is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join our EMEA team. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate may be based anywhere in the UK, France, Belgium, the Netherlands or Germany.\nWe're looking for a motivated, ambitious professional who is comfortable with occasional travel to customer sites across Europe, Scandinavia, Africa and the Middle East to provide implementation support and consultancy.\nWhat You'll Do\n\nLead individual implementation, upgrade and installation projects to a successful conclusion, in accordance with CAI's methodology\nProvide post-go-live support and ongoing consultancy to our customer base\nPartner with colleagues across all business areas to ensure an excellent customer experience\nMentor and provide application training to colleagues and new hires\nMaintain a high standard of personal administration\nParticipate in team-based activities\nProvide regular status and activity reports according to company practice\nLearn CAI's products in order to deliver training and consultancy effectively\nWhat We're Looking For\nFluency in both Verbal and Written Communication in English and French\nTroubleshoot server and system issues\nStrong knowledge of Windows server environments, including services, configuration and connectivity\nSupport installations, upgrades and integrations\nExperience with Crystal Reports\nSQL Server knowledge, including writing SELECT and UPDATE scripts\nAbility to configure and troubleshoot Windows IIS\nExperience in the print industry is a plus, but not essential\nPersonal Attributes\nPositive attitude and a consistently professional demeanour\nAble to clearly define objectives and lead internal and external teams to achieve them\nStrong organisational skills, goal-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment\nStrong interpersonal and time-management skills\nAble to work independently and cohesively within a remote team\nFlexible approach to scheduling, managing multiple competing priorities\nSelf-directed and self-motivated\nGenuine interest in working directly with clients, with the ability to build and maintain relationships\nStrong problem-solving skills, with ownership of issues through to resolution\nGood commercial awareness, able to identify and act on billing opportunities\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nWhy Join CAI\nAt CAI, we are building something that matters.
