She/he is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform application systems in operation. This includes identifying and troubleshooting any application issues, resolving or escalating them as needed. Additionally, She/he will assist in gathering requirements, building business cases, and estimating effort for enhancements of existing solutions. The Solution Engineer will report to designated International Staff and/or senior National Staff.Job Description\nWe are looking for an Solution Engineer (Dynamics 365 and Power Platform) to communicate with clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions that meet those needs, estimate the costs and benefits of different solutions, including possible impacts on performance and security. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, implement and maintain solutions based on client needs\n\nEnsure all captured business requirements are translated and aligned with ITD’s technical solutions, product roadmap, backlog, and architecture\n\nTrack client feedback to ensure satisfaction with the solution provided\n\nLead delivery through Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) testing, and deployment\n\nWork with development teams to create new solutions or improve existing ones\n\nReview all design issues and provide guidance to developers, support engineers and administrators on fixing the defects\n\nPerform other related duties assigned by supervisor\n\nCreate documentation such as Requirements Definition Document (RDD), Solution Design Document (SDD), Security License to Operate (SLTO) or Transition Support and Maintenance Plan (TSMP)\n\nMaintain platform and technical documentation\n\nIdentify opportunities for improvement in existing solutions and recommend enhancements to be implemented\n\nAnalyze existing architectures to ensure solutions are in line with overall enterprise architecture, identify weakness and recommend improvements\n\nPerform system security assessments to ensure that solutions are in compliance with the security framework and that data is safe from unauthorize access\n\nWhat You'll Need\nRequired:\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform 5+ years of experience (architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, migration)\n\nHands-on experience architecting solutions that involve customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins\n\nExperience with the following: Dynamics 365 Server-Side and Client-Side Object Model, Dynamics 365 Plugins and Custom Workflow Development, .NET Programming Model, xRM Framework, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, PowerBI), SharePoint Development Framework (SPFx)\n\nIn-depth knowledge and extensive experience on the following: .NET, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g. AngularJS, ReactJS, FabricJS, jQuery), HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and other database engines\n\nDemonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture\n\nExperience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering\n\nPrior experience in agile methodologies (experience in product management)\n\nPreferred:\nC# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, and the CRM SDK is preferred\n\nAbility to solve complex technical, managerial, or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge\n\nAbility to operate at advanced levels of authority and manage significant activities and resources to produce and take responsibility for results\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate with colleagues at multiple levels, within own work location and throughout the Bank\n\nDemonstrated teamwork (ability to work with others to achieve more effective results), and conceptualization (developing viable solutions based on an understanding of institutional perspective and needs) skills and management of others\n\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions\n\nSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.\n\nAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor\n\nReasonable accommodation statement\nIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to  (888) 824 -
