Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment of qualified suppliers and last-mile delivery partners

  • Provide training on delivery processes and ensure that drivers have the necessary knowledge and tools

  • Budget management: for recruitment and onboarding activities to minimize costs and maintain quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (incomplete or completed)

  • Experience and knowledge in last mile delivery

  • Intermediate English preferred
