employees on job description cards.\n\nConduct the investigations in the event of an incident.\n\nSubmit a report of any incident occurring inside the factory.\n\nResponsible for the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.\n\nScreening resumes and conducting initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.\n\nCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.\n\nTrack and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.\n\nPrepare regular reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes.\n\nUse data to make informed decisions and improve recruitment processes.\n\nEnsure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 3–6 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.\n\nProven experience in Recruitment and OD within an industrial/FMCG environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing
