payroll cards and medical insurance cards.\n\nManage employee separation, resignation, and termination procedures in accordance with company policies.\n\nConduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover reasons.\n\nCoordinate with Production and Operations Managers to ensure adequate manpower for production plans.\n\nOversee the implementation of disciplinary policies and the company's code of conduct.\n\nConduct administrative investigations and prepare reports with recommendations.\n\nSupervise the implementation of the annual training plan.\n\nOversee the performance appraisal process and monthly incentive programs.\n\nRequirements\n Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.\n\nMinimum 5 years of related experience in FMCG.\n\nPrevious experience in the poultry industry is preferred.\n\nExperience in Recruitment, Social Insurance, Labor Offices and Governmental Associations\n\nExcellent project management skills to manage own projects and tasks.\n\n Excellent Command of MS Office (Excel-word-PowerPoint).\n\nStrong supervisory and leadership
