Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\n4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\n\nStrong hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and training management.\n\nGood knowledge of personnel administration and Egyptian Labor Law.\n\nPractical understanding of Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Performance Management Systems.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with HR systems or ERP platforms.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with department
