points, firewalls).\n\n Experience with Windows, macOS, and basic troubleshooting of office devices.\n\n Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking.\n\n Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.\n\n Strong communication skills to assist employees with technical issues.\n\n Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.\n\n Experience in cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.).\n\n Understanding of basic cybersecurity best practices.\n\n Strong understanding of ISO 27001 frameworks and Information Security Management
