Phân tích dữ liệu & giám sát chất lượng thu hồi nợ\nThu thập, xử lý và phân tích dữ liệu vận hành thu hồi nợ nhằm đánh giá chất lượng, hiệu suất và mức độ tuân thủ của agent/đội nhóm.\nXây dựng và theo dõi các chỉ số KPI về chất lượng cuộc gọi, hiệu quả thu hồi nợ, tỷ lệ vi phạm và các chỉ số vận hành liên quan.\nPhân tích xu hướng, xác định các vấn đề bất thường, nguyên nhân ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng và hiệu quả thu hồi nợ.\nĐưa ra các phân tích chuyên sâu (insights) và đề xuất giải pháp cải thiện hiệu quả vận hành dựa trên dữ liệu.\n2. Xây dựng báo cáo & Dashboard\nXây dựng, quản lý và tối ưu hệ thống báo cáo/dashboard bằng Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL và Excel.\nTự động hóa quy trình tổng hợp, xử lý dữ liệu và báo cáo nhằm nâng cao tính chính xác, hiệu quả và giảm thiểu thao tác thủ công.\nThực hiện báo cáo định kỳ hoặc theo yêu cầu về chất lượng vận hành, hiệu suất thu hồi nợ và rủi ro tuân thủ.\nĐảm bảo tính chính xác, nhất quán và đầy đủ của dữ liệu phục vụ công tác phân tích và ra quyết định.\n3. Kiểm soát chất lượng & tuân thủ hoạt động thu hồi nợ\nThực hiện đánh giá chất lượng cuộc gọi thu hồi nợ thông qua call recording và dữ liệu vận hành.\nKiểm tra việc tuân thủ script, quy trình nghiệp vụ, quy định nội bộ và các quy định pháp luật liên quan.\nPhân tích dữ liệu QC để nhận diện các lỗi phổ biến, xu hướng vi phạm và rủi ro tiềm ẩn trong quá trình thu hồi nợ.\nĐề xuất các biện pháp phòng ngừa, cải thiện chất lượng và nâng cao mức độ tuân thủ.\n4. Cải tiến quy trình & phối hợp vận hành\nPhối hợp với các bộ phận Collection Operations, Team Lead và Trainer để phân tích kết quả QC, xác định các vấn đề cần cải thiện.\nĐề xuất cải tiến quy trình, tiêu chí đánh giá chất lượng và phương pháp giám sát dựa trên kết quả phân tích dữ liệu.\nHỗ trợ cung cấp dữ liệu, báo cáo và insights phục vụ hoạt động coaching, đào tạo và nâng cao hiệu suất đội ngũ.\nYÊU CẦU NĂNG LỰC\nTốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Phân tích dữ liệu, Công nghệ thông tin, Hệ thống thông tin quản lý, Tài chính - Ngân hàng, Kinh tế hoặc các ngành liên quan.\nCó tối thiểu 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting hoặc Operations Analytics, ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc trong lĩnh vực Tài chính - Ngân hàng, Fintech, Collection hoặc Contact Center.\nThành thạo SQL trong truy vấn, tổng hợp, xử lý và phân tích dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn.\nCó kinh nghiệm sử dụng Power BI hoặc Looker Studio để xây dựng dashboard, trực quan hóa dữ liệu và theo dõi KPI vận hành.\n Thành thạo Excel nâng cao (Pivot Table, Power Query, các hàm phân tích dữ liệu);
