Reporting to the Head of Finance & Accounting, this role operates with a high degree of independence, driving procurement strategy, supplier evaluation, and contract management to support smooth business operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcurement Strategy and Policy\nDevelop and implement procurement strategies and policies focused on cost optimization and supply chain efficiency.\nEnsure all procurement activities comply strictly with company regulations, procedures, and SOPs.\nConduct market surveys to identify sourcing opportunities and stay current with industry and market conditions.\nSupplier Management and Evaluation\nIdentify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to ethical and sustainability standards.\nConduct vendor and supplier evaluations; carry out site visits to assess supplier capabilities and refine the supplier listing.\nExplore alternative sources for goods and services to ensure supply continuity and competitive pricing.\nMaintain and update supplier information including qualifications, delivery lead times, and product ranges.\nSourcing, Negotiation, and Contract Management\nSource and procure goods, materials, and services to meet the company's operational requirements on time and within budget.\nNegotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with suppliers; identify and leverage opportunities for cost savings using best-practice procurement tools and methods.\nFollow up on contract and PO status including delivery schedules, quantities, quality, and issues; ensure timely payment settlement.\nStakeholder Coordination and Reporting\nWork closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all procurement requirements are met on time in terms of work plans, quality, price, and delivery.\nEnsure the continuous supply of required goods; proactively communicate any supply issues that may pose a risk to business operations.\nTrack and inform relevant parties of any delays in delivery in a timely manner.\nPrepare data and documentation for timely and accurate procurement reporting.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 6 years of experience in procurement or technical purchasing, with a strong track record in sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.\nExperience procuring in the technology industry is highly preferred.\nExperience procuring in banks is highly preferred.\nGood knowledge of industry and market conditions relevant to technology and digital banking procurement.\nProficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP) is preferred.\nStrong negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive cost savings and resolve supply issues independently.\nGood written and verbal communication skills;
