warehouse structures to improve consistency and efficiency\nData Quality & Standards\nEnsure data quality through testing, validation, and monitoring\nCreate and maintain data documentation\nImprove coding standards, maintainability, and best practices across the data platform\nWhat We’re Looking For(Must-Have)\nBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.\n3+ years of experience working as a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role, ideally in a fast-moving digital or fintech environment\nStrong experience in data modeling and data architecture\nDeep understanding of SQL with ability to write and optimize complex queries\nHands-on experience with data pipelines and data warehouse concepts\nFamiliarity with BigQuery, dbt is a plus\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills\nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of Python or other programming
