At the same time, we expect a strong technical foundation - someone who can understand system architecture, work with APIs and logs, troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate effectively with engineers.\nKey Responsibilities\nRelease & Delivery Management\nOwn and maintain the overall Release Calendar, ensuring feature releases and Go-Live milestones are delivered on schedule.\nCoordinate release planning, dependencies, technical readiness and deployment activities across both organisations.\nAssess technical risks before each release and ensure rollback plans and incident playbooks are prepared.\nLead Go/No-Go assessments and coordinate production deployment activities.\nTrack post-release issues and ensure timely resolution with relevant technical teams.\nTechnical Integration & Partner Management\nAct as the primary technical point of contact between internal engineering teams and external partners.\nAlign technical requirements covering API integration, authentication, data encryption and transaction/data synchronisation flows.\nIdentify technical gaps early, including differences in system capabilities, architecture, integration approaches and data processing.\nWork closely with engineering teams to resolve integration issues and ensure technical decisions are clearly communicated and followed through.\nFacilitate technical discussions between engineering, QA, product and partner teams when cross-functional alignment is required.\nTechnology Performance & Issue Resolution\nMonitor key technical and operational metrics such as API latency, response time, connection success rate, timeout rate and integration errors.\nWork with engineering teams to investigate issues, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.\nReview system logs, API responses and monitoring dashboards to validate issues and understand actual system behaviour.\nEscalate critical technical risks and blockers with clear impact, ownership and resolution timelines.\nReporting & Incident Management\nPrepare regular technical reports covering project progress, release status, system performance, risks, issues and dependencies.\nEstablish and manage a clear escalation process to ensure issues are routed to the right owners and resolved within agreed timelines.\nCoordinate technical incident response and act as Incident Commander during major production incidents.\nOwn incident communication across stakeholders and ensure timely updates throughout the resolution process.\nCoordinate post-incident reviews and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.\nRequirements\nProject Management & Communication\n3+ years of experience in Technology Project Management, PMO, Delivery Management or similar roles.\nStrong project planning and tracking skills, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs and release calendars.\nHands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar project management platforms.\nStrong reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and management.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams, follow up on owners and drive actions to completion.\nConfident in managing escalations and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.\nFluent in Vietnamese, both written and spoken.\nBased in Ha Noi and willing to work on-site at the partner's office.\nTechnical Background\n3+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, QA Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Technical Consultant or similar technical role.\nGood understanding of REST APIs, system integrations and data flows.\nComfortable using tools such as Postman, cURL, logs and monitoring dashboards to troubleshoot technical issues.\nUnderstanding of API authentication, security, data encryption and transaction/data synchronisation flows.\nAble to communicate effectively with engineers and challenge technical assumptions when necessary.\nHands-on mindset with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting, validate integrations, build quick POCs using AI or other tools, and understand technical issues before escalating them.\nGood understanding of software development lifecycle, release management and production deployment processes.\nNice to Have\nExperience in banking, fintech or payments, especially core banking, payment gateway or bank-to-partner integrations.\nFamiliarity with SBV regulations and security standards such as PCI DSS and ISO 27001.\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus or Datadog.\nExperience in incident management, ITIL, on-call operations or blameless postmortems.\nExperience working with legacy systems, microservices and cloud-based architectures.\nCertifications such as PMP, SAFe or Scrum Master.\nExperience working in a multi-organisation or vendor integration environment.\nOur
