You’ll jump into problems with cross-functional teammates across the whole spectrum—one day tweaking a confusing error screen to make it friendlier, the next helping create a new massive cross-product feature from start to finish.\n\nBuild wireframes and prototypes in Figma or an agentic IDE to test ideas with stakeholders and show engineers what the final experience should look like.\n\nDig into how competitors solve tricky flows, and use those insights to make our own products better.\n\nKeep our design system healthy and up to date, manage tokens, organize components, and add new patterns as we further develop our platform.\n\nMake accessibility a natural part of your workflow, ensuring what we ship works well for everyone (meeting WCAG 2.1 AA).\n\nHave a sharp eye for visual bugs and UX rough edges, and jump in to help smooth them out.\n\nTurn messy product briefs into clean, intuitive designs that solve real user problems without overcomplicating things.\n\nOwn the visual identity of our products, making sure every screen feels cohesive, polished, and aesthetically pleasing.\n\nTeam up closely with product managers and engineers to turn ideas into shipped software.\n\nWork with engineering directly on making sure the dev library and design systems are synced.\n\nMust-Haves\n\n1+ years designing software products.\n\nHigh proficiency using Figma.\n\nExperience with AI models and agentic workflows (Claude, Kiro, or similar).\n\nStrong copywriting skills.\n\nStrong graphic design skills (spacing & typography).\n\nKnowledge of UI patterns (mobile & web).\n\nKnowledge of HCI principles and various design systems.\n\nFluent in the English language.\n\nBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Git.\n\nAbility to work in CET timezone.\n\nFluent in Ex-Yu languages (Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin).\n\nPortfolio requirements\n\nPortfolio link is required.\n\nMake sure you have at least 3-5 case studies that demonstrate your
