coordinating AOG aircraft recovery, monitoring fleet technical performance, and ensuring effective communication between engineering, maintenance, flight operations, and continuing airworthiness teams.\nKey Highlights\nCoordinate and manage AOG aircraft recovery activities\nAct as the central communication point between CAMG, MRO, Flight Operations, and Ground Operations\nMonitor aircraft defects, MELs, CDLs, delays, cancellations, and technical disruptions\nProvide technical advice and operational support to airline management teams\nTrack fleet performance and produce regular operational updates and reports\nSupport continuing airworthiness activities and compliance with CASA PNG regulations\nParticipate in operational investigations and technical troubleshooting\nIdeal Candidate\nLicensed DHC8 / ATR72 LAME Engineer or equivalent\nStrong understanding of MEL applications, continuing airworthiness, and airline technical operations\nExtensive aviation engineering experience in airline or maintenance operations\nStrong communication, coordination, and analytical skills\nAbility to work effectively in high-pressure operational environments\nKnowledge of PNG
