This role is responsible for the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of electrical fixtures and control equipment within the plant to ensure that equipment and wiring are to code and optimal levels of quality and safety are met. In addition, the Manufacturing Electrician maintains clean & safe work environment as well as maintains professional working relationships with co-workers.\nResponsibilities\nStrong Technical Understanding and Technical Zeal\nSafety tasks including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)\nOperate Power Tools to fix electrical problems\nRead Electrical Blueprints and troubleshoot using a Multi meter\nRead Ladder Logic on a PLC and troubleshoot\nReplace PLC cards in PLC units\nRun conduit and size wiring for electrical projects\nWork on encoders and motors and variable frequency drives\nPLC programming and willingness to attend training as required\nPerform maintenance and troubleshooting on hydraulic systems including reading schematics\nKnowledge of pneumatics and repair skills\nArc Flash awareness and knowledge\n480v 3 phase power, motor starter wiring, circuit protection components maintenance\nRequirements\nGED/ High School Diploma required.\nMust have minimum of four (4) years of experience in general electrical repair and/or construction.
