This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to learn by doing.\nWorking across nearly every team, you'll support day-to-day operations, customer fulfillment, cross-functional projects, and whatever it takes to keep Hammer Media and Dollarwise moving forward. You'll help solve operational challenges, improve processes, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.\nIf you're someone who takes initiative, love bringing order to chaos, and gets satisfaction from helping teams execute at a high level, you'll fit right in.\nWhat You'll Do:\nCoordinate cross-functional projects and keep work moving forward across multiple teams.\nFollow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and commitments are met\nPlan and coordinate team events, office lunches, offsites, and other employee experiences\nManage fulfillment of cookbooks and other physical products, partnering with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery\nSupport the Customer Success team by tracking down answers, coordinating with internal teams, and improving documentation and processes\nMaintain project trackers, documentation, and operational workflows to keep the business organized\nCoordinate with external vendors and service providers to support day-to-day business operations\nHandle a variety of administrative and operational tasks that keep the company running efficiently\nJump into any and every project and operational challenge as the business grows and evolves\nOrganize and rally cross-functional teams to execute special projects and company initiatives\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, executive support, customer success, or a similar role\nHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to keep multiple projects moving simultaneously\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to collaborate across all levels of the organization\nProactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership without waiting for direction\nStrong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action\nExperience with Google Workspace and project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar\nPositive, team-first attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle work both big and small\nAvailability and responsiveness outside of core business hours when needed.
