This shift is scheduled for 6:30 AM- 3:00 PM, Monday- Friday. \n\nWhat We Do – Accountabilities \nAssures property safety procedures are followed. \nAssures compliance of company policies at all times. \nAssures the maintenance of facilities; Housekeeping – 5S \nAssures high quality standards in performance of operational processes are reached. \nAssures daily operations are completed efficiently with daily goals accomplished. \nEssential Functions \nMeets or exceeds Labor standards/KPIs \nPhysically and systematically process inventory transactions by case or pair through the facility. \nPerform processing activities as defined by the work instruction by functional area. \nOperate equipment as required by functional work area. (for example- Carton erector) \nWork at a steady pace and with a sense of urgency. \nMaintain a high attention to detail. \nPack cartons in a neat and orderly fashion. \nEnsure the correct shipping label is applied to the outbound carton. \nPerform Quality assurance activities as required. \nPerform value add activities as required. \nAssist in resolution of operational issues. \nCommunicate operational errors to supervisors. \nIdentify opportunities for improvement and implement as best practices. \nAdopt and support changes in policies and procedures. \nPerform training while also participating in cross-training activities. \nMaintain equipment and supply stocks. \nPerform 5 S Audit as requested. \nCommunicate effectively at all levels of the organization. \nAbility to learn new order processing technology. \nAssist in other areas of the operation. \nAbility to take direction and feedback. \nAbility to comprehend and apply work instructions. \nNavigate through warehouse on a forklift, safely, to efficiently and effectively obtain items for customer orders \nPreferred Qualifications & Education \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred \n1-2 years’ warehouse and forklift experience preferred \nExperience using RF devices preferred \nMust be able to safely operate an Order Picker \nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without an accommodation \nExperience with Crown equipment a plus \nAble to be on feet for the entire shift. \nMay be required to work at heights, such as mezzanines, order pickers, and use ladders. \nMust be willing to learn and be able to show proficiency on different types of PIT equipment as business needs dictate. \nMust be capable of performing basic math. \nRemain calm and effective in high-pressure situations. \nMust be able
