Collaborate with leadership to develop actionable sales plans, evaluate business performance, and drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance the customer experience and support brand growth.\nAnalyze: Analyze sales, conversion, traffic, customer, and product performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across the digital business. Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, conversion, average order value, customer acquisition, product productivity, margin performance, and sell-through, translating insights into actionable recommendations that drive business results.\nDevelop: Develop and execute category, forecasting, promotional, and business planning strategies that maximize sales performance and support profitable growth across digital channels.
