Assure sales and profitability expectations are achieved for assigned customer base.\nManage: Enter all orders, contracts and PO information. Follow up with accounts on inventory levels, order position, drop ship details and suggest additional reorders and skus. Assure exceptional service to existing accounts by managing on order and facilitating on time deliveries.\nPartner: Develop strong partnerships and maintain open lines of communication with sales rep to create new ways to drive business. Facilitate immediate resolution of any order problems with the Merchandiser, Service Manager, Account Director, Account Executive, customer, warehouse or EDI department.\nTravel: Travel to stores and/or shoe shows to assist Account Executive as needed with sales meetings set up, sample packing, note taking and entering all orders.\nDevelop: Develop a strong working relationship with the customers; providing prompt service, addressing all problems and concerns appropriately and suggestive selling on every call.
