This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between strategic conversations with leaders and the day-to-day realities of supporting associates in a fast-paced distribution environment.\nYou’ll partner closely with site leadership and the HR Director to strengthen the associate experience, develop leaders, navigate employee relations, support talent decisions, and ensure our people practices help the operation succeed.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs the primary onsite HR partner for the Lebanon Distribution Center, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact across the full associate lifecycle. You will:\nBuild strong relationships with site leaders and associates and become a trusted resource for HR guidance, coaching, and problem-solving.\nPartner with the HR Director and operations leadership to translate business needs into practical people strategies and HR priorities.\nLead day-to-day employee relations matters, including workplace concerns, conflict resolution, investigations, performance counseling, and corrective action.\nCoach frontline and mid-level leaders on performance management, associate development, policy interpretation, and consistent employment decisions.\nMaintain a regular presence throughout the distribution center, staying connected to the operation and proactively identifying workforce trends, concerns, and opportunities.\nSupport recruiting, interviewing, selection, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and internal movement for hourly and salaried positions.\nCoordinate employee changes and organizational activity in partnership with HR Shared Services, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and other support teams.\nHelp ensure the accuracy of our HR systems, organizational structures, position management, employee data, and required documentation.\nConduct workforce and pay audits to identify discrepancies, support internal equity, and maintain accurate employee information.\nSupport separation processes, including exit interviews, documentation, final-pay coordination, and company asset collection.\nHelp bring HR programs, policies, and initiatives to life at the site in a way that is clear, practical, and consistent.\nContribute to employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, reporting, process improvements, and broader organizational priorities.\nWhat You Bring\nWe’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, exercising sound judgment, and operating as a credible HR partner in a busy environment.\nRequired:\n5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.\nBilingual fluency in English and Spanish required\nDemonstrated experience independently managing employee relations matters, including investigations, performance concerns, corrective action, and conflict resolution.\nExperience coaching and advising frontline and mid-level leaders.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build credibility across all levels of an organization.\nStrong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, particularly when handling sensitive or confidential situations.\nAbility to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain strong attention to detail.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office.\nPreferred:\nHR experience within a distribution center, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or other high-volume operational environment.\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience with Ceridian Dayforce.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou’ll be successful in this role if you are someone who:\nBuilds trust with both associates and leaders.\nIs visible, approachable, and connected to what is happening in the operation.\nCan investigate an employee concern thoroughly and objectively while knowing when an issue needs to be escalated.\nCoaches leaders instead of simply giving them an HR answer.\nBalances associate advocacy, business needs, consistency, and risk.\nNotices trends before they become bigger problems.\nIs comfortable working independently while knowing when to pull in the broader HR team.\nEnjoys an environment where priorities can change quickly and no two days look exactly the same.\nWork Environment\nThis is an onsite position based at our Lebanon Distribution Center.
