experience, specialty retail preferred.\nBuilds constructive and effective relationships within store teams. \nDemonstrates an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work appropriately to meet and exceed goals. \nDisplays an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store Associates at all levels.\nExhibits ability to train, coach and develop Associates.\nExercises independent judgment and discretion, partnering with Territory Sales Manager as needed.\nDisplays cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and
