This is an exciting opportunity for a supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the complexities of supporting a major mass retail customer.\nWhat You'll Do\nServe as the primary operational contact for a large national retail customer, managing the full order lifecycle from creation through delivery.\nOwn customer portal activities, including item set up, quote submission, shipper set up, order maintenance, and any other maintenance or administrative tasks.\nCoordinate order execution, shipment planning, routing, and replenishment activities to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.\nPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Compliance, Transportation, Distribution, and Inventory teams to proactively resolve issues and remove barriers.\nMonitor retailer requirements for packing, shipping, routing, labeling, and compliance standards while ensuring execution aligns with customer expectations.\nAnalyze operational performance data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and service levels.\nPrepare and present customer and operational reporting that supports proactive business decisions. \nLead root-cause analysis and drive sustainable solutions for order management and supply chain challenges.\nSupport special projects, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Order Management organization.\nServe as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for assigned customer programs and account operations.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, or a related field preferred.\n3+ years of experience in supply chain, order management, customer operations, retail account management, or related functions.\nExperience supporting large national retail accounts and navigating complex customer requirements.\nExperience working within customer retail portals, supplier systems, and order management platforms.\nStrong understanding of retailer compliance, routing guides, shipping requirements, replenishment processes, and chargeback prevention.\nExperience managing high-volume order execution for a top-tier mass merchant or large-scale retail environment.\nProven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive issue resolution across multiple stakeholders.\nStrong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to identify trends and solve business problems.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, S4/HANA, Fiori, or similar platforms.\nExperience with Power BI or other reporting and visualization tools is a plus.\nWhat Makes You Successful\nYou thrive in a fast-moving, highly visible
