Our global teams thrive on collaboration, and we are actively looking for skilled professionals to strengthen our in-house expertise and help us deliver exceptional AI, software engineering, and solutions using enterprise applications.\n\nAs one of the fastest-growing companies in our industry, we take pride in fostering a culture of innovation where new ideas are always welcomed - without hesitation.\n\nWe are driven and expect the same dedication from our team members.\n\nOur speed, agility, and dedication set us apart, and we perform best when surrounded by high-energy, driven individuals.\n\nTo continue our rapid growth and deliver an even greater impact, we invite you to apply for our open positions and become part of our journey!\n\nAbout the Role : \n\nCalfus is an AI engineering and platforms company, and our Oracle practice sits at the center of how our clients modernize their ERP and integration landscape.\n\nWe are looking for a Lead OIC Consultant to own the technical track on Oracle Cloud SaaS/EBS implementations - someone who can architect integrations, mentor a technical team, and be the person clients trust when the requirements get complex.\n\nThis isn't a build-to-spec role.\n\nYou will be shaping the technical solution alongside functional and business teams, leading a team of consultants through delivery, and owning quality through testing and go-live.\n\nWhat You'll Do : \n\n- Own the technical track on Cloud SaaS/EBS implementations - designing, documenting, developing, unit testing, and deploying customizations across reports, integrations, VBCS, forms, and bolt-on applications.\n\n- Design and lead OIC integrations to Oracle ERP Cloud, including REST and SOAP calls and FBDI/ADFdi file uploads.\n\n- Partner directly with functional and business analyst teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.\n\n- Lead a team of technical consultants - driving design decisions, delivery quality, and day-to-day technical direction.\n\n- Own user feedback collection, disposition, and remediation through the testing phase, ensuring the solution actually works for the people using it.\n\nWhat You'll Need - Day One : \n\n- 5 - 10 years of experience in Oracle PaaS/OIC, with hands-on work in customizations, integrations, and reporting.\n\n- Proven experience with OIC, VBCS, OTBI, and BI Publisher in Oracle ERP or Finance tracks.\n\n- Experience extracting, cleansing, and migrating Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud data.\n\n- Hands-on FBDI/ADFdi file upload experience.\n\n- At least 1 - 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.\n\n- Strong analytical, communication, and listening skills - you will be leading a team and facing clients directly.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- FRS reporting experience.\n\n- Hands-on SQL & PL/SQL.\n\nBenefits : \n\nAt Calfus, we value our employees and offer a strong benefits package.
