Your contribution will ensure Vialto delivers comprehensive reporting and integration capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with clients to understand their technical integration requirements and reporting needs.\nParticipation in client meetings, including preparation of materials and follow up actionsDesign and implement tailored technical solutions to integrate client systems with Vialto platforms.\nDevelop and maintain data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for accurate data flow.\nCreate and customize reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to clients.\nConduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and efficiency of integration.\nWork alongside cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions on time.\nPreferred Knowledge and Skills:\nTechnical Proficiency: Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and data blending tools (e.g., Alteryx).\nCommunication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.\nProblem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly.\nCustomer Service Orientation: A proactive approach to meeting client needs and ensuring satisfaction.\nAttention to Detail: Precision in handling client requests and managing data.\nTime Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.\nCollaboration: Skills in working well within teams and contributing to group efforts.\nAdaptability: Flexibility to learn new tools and adapt to changing client requirements.\nAnalytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate insights that can improve client service processes.\nBasic Project Management: Understanding of project management principles to assist with task coordination and follow-up.\nPreferred Education:\nDegree or pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering.\nAdditional Information:\nLocation: New York or Campbell Office\nHybrid -
