This position is key in handling the tax consequences of global mobility and facilitating a smooth transition for employees across different countries. Your main objective is to reduce tax-related risks and costs, while ensuring that both the organization and its employees adhere to relevant tax laws.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nAssist clients in managing tax-related inquiries, including federal and state income taxes, social security contributions, and payroll considerations.\nAccurately prepare, review, and file tax returns and related deliverables for globally mobile employees within designated deadlines.\nProvide guidance on tax equalization and protection policies to employees, ensuring clear understanding and compliance. \nSupport internal teams and clients’ employees in understanding tax responsibilities related to international assignments.\nMaintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with tax regulations.\nStay informed on relevant tax policies and industry developments, collaborating with tax specialists when needed.\nAct as a key point of contact for employees on business trips and assignments, providing necessary support and updates.\nFacilitate smooth communication between internal stakeholders and clients to address any tax-related concerns.\nAssist in financial aspects of client engagements, including billing and tracking key metrics.\nBuild strong relationships with clients and internal teams, always ensuring clear and professional communication.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in any field (Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field preferred).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.\nAdditional Information\nStart Date: Mid-January \nThis is a regular full-time position.\nThis is a Hybrid role.\nLocation: San Jose\nCompensation: $60,000 - $80,000.
