You can also follow us on Linkedin and Instagram.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage a portfolio of corporate clients and develop strong, long-term client relationships. \nServe as the primary point of contact for clients on immigration matters. \nProvide strategic guidance on immigration requirements, processes, timelines, and compliance obligations. \nEnsure timely and accurate execution of immigration services, maintaining high service quality standards. \nResolve complex client issues and provide practical solutions during periods of regulatory change or uncertainty. \nMonitor developments in immigration regulations and policies and communicate relevant updates to clients and stakeholders. \nDevelop recommendations and solutions for complex immigration matters and compliance challenges. \nLead, mentor, and coach team members to achieve performance goals and deliver excellent client service. \nFoster a collaborative, high-performing, and client-focused team environment. \nSupport knowledge sharing, technical training, and professional development initiatives. \nManage engagement profitability, billing, and financial performance of client accounts. \nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, technology utilization, and operational efficiency and implement best practices to enhance productivity and service delivery. \nSupport internal projects, transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement programs. \nParticipate in business development activities and identify new client opportunities. \nSupport proposals, client presentations, and growth initiatives. \nBuild relationships with prospective clients and external stakeholders to expand business growth. \nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field.\n5-6 years of relevant experience in Malaysia inbound immigration.\nStrong knowledge of Malaysian immigration laws, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.\nExperience managing corporate client portfolios and leading teams.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.\nStrong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.\nGood business acumen, commercial awareness, and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
