We believe in transparency, trust, and teamwork-and we’re building a workplace where everyone can thrive and feel proud of the work they do.\nJoin us to help people work anywhere in the world-and build a career without borders.\nTo learn more about Vialto, visit our website at www.vialto.com\nJob Description\nThis role manages the cashflow forecasting and analytics process necessary to update the 13 weeks cashflow forecast tool and other forecasting models and delivery weekly performance assessment of the liquidity drivers and reforecasts.\nThe role also supports cash management activities for the Americas and actively contribute to the Treasury activities life cycle, day to day operations and various strategic and/or cross functional initiatives (such as processes standardization, optimization and automation, banking, costs analysis and optimization, etc.).\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nManage the 13-week cashflow forecast tool.\nManage the 13-week forecast weekly update and actualization.\nManage the one-and-12-month forecasts.\nDevelop ad hoc models for forecasting or cashflow analysis.\nDevelop and maintain activity performance trackers.\nExpand forecasting models scope, time horizon and accuracy.\nManage and enhance the Americas collections and disbursement predictability program.\nAssist with the management of the daily global liquidity for the Americas.\nAssist with the management of the debt covenant documentation.\nSupport bank accounts life cycle, including KYC, signatories and documentation.\nSupport treasury processes optimization and implementation of related standard works.\nSupport the Treasury documentation central repository life cycle.\nMaintain the external debt documentation.\nSupports the execution of wire transfers and other funding necessary to balance company’s daily cash position.\nInitiates or approves non-AP Payments.\nExecute foreign currency trade with banks for internal fund transfers and payments/ receipts.\nSkills and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree Finance.\n3-5 years of experience working in corporate treasury.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel.\nSignificant experience with cashflows modeling and 13 weeks’ forecast model & actualization process.\nExperience with Treasury back-office operations.\nExperience of financial systems like SAP is preferred.\nPersonal integrity - ability to uphold stakeholders’ confidence and trust.\nAbility to deliver within defined timelines.\nGood communication skills and Self-motivated.\nAdditional Information\nThis is a regular, full-time position.\nThe is for 6-month contract with the possibility of renewal.\nLocation: preference for east coast.\nCompensation: up to $135K.
