We develop and represent a portfolio of brands recognized for their quality and heritage, working in collaboration with internationally renowned suppliers and key players across the industry.\nWe are looking for a Sales Representative - Retailto grow the presence and performance of our brand portfolio across Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ) retail locations throughout Greater Montreal.\nIn this primarily field-based role, you will develop your territory, build strong relationships with store teams and contribute to brand growth through effective commercial execution and a results-driven approach.\nWhat You'll Do\nGrow sales, distribution and brand visibility for the Charton Hobbs portfolio across SAQ locations within your territory.\nMaintain regular coverage of retail locations and build positive relationships with in-store teams.\nPresent new products, highlight priority brands and identify opportunities for growth.\nEnsure the effective execution of commercial programs, promotions and brand initiatives in stores.\nPlan territory visits and activities to achieve sales and distribution targets.\nParticipate in tastings, promotional activities and industry events.\nMaintain accurate and timely records of results, activities and business opportunities in the relevant management tools.\nMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.\nCollaborate with internal teams and supplier partners to support portfolio growth.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRelevant sales experience, ideally in the wine and spirits industry, consumer goods or retail.\nA genuine interest in field sales, relationship building and turning business opportunities into results.\nStrong organizational skills, initiative and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.\nExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.\nComfort using technology, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.\nortunity emploKnowledge of the Quebec wine and spirits market; familiarity with the SAQ environment is an asset.\nFluency in French, both spoken and written.
