We know that blending diverse cultures with our long-standing traditions makes community spirit thrive.\nPosition Summary\nThe ERP Support Administrator provides day-to-day technical and functional support for the Momentus ERP system, ensuring system availability, data accuracy, and user productivity across the convention center and Western hospitality operations. This role supports both year-round operations and high-volume events, providing first-level technical assistance, data management, and system maintenance, and escalating complex issues to the Senior ERP Business Analyst as needed.\nKey Accountabilities\nSystem Administration & Maintenance - Monitor ERP system performance, maintain configurations, and coordinate with vendor support.\nUser Support & Training - Provide end-user support, basic training, and troubleshooting for ERP functionality.\nData Management & Quality - Ensure data accuracy, perform routine uploads and integrations, and maintain reporting standards.\nDocumentation & Process Support - Maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and system change records.\nTesting & Quality Assurance - Execute system tests, verify functionality after updates, and support upgrades and implementations.\nSpecial Event Support - Provide ERP support during high-volume events and peak operations. \nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:\nSystem Administration & Maintenance\nMonitor daily Momentus ERP system performance and availability.\nPerform user account management and security administration.\nMaintain system configurations and parameter settings.\nCoordinate with Momentus support for system updates and maintenance.\nSchedule and manage system maintenance notifications to users.\nUser Support & Training\nRespond to user support tickets and system issues.\nProvide first-level technical support for ERP functionality.\nAssist users with system navigation and basic troubleshooting.\nConduct new user orientation and basic training sessions.\nEscalate complex issues to the Senior ERP Business Analyst as needed.\nData Management & Quality\nProcess routine data uploads and system integrations within Momentus.\nVerify data accuracy and completeness across ERP modules.\nExecute data cleanup and maintenance activities.\nGenerate standard reports and extracts as requested.\nCoordinate with Momentus support for data-related issues.\nDocumentation & Process Support\nUpdate user procedures and system documentation.\nMaintain knowledge base articles and FAQ resources.\nRecord system changes and configuration updates.\nTrack support tickets and resolution statistics.\nAssist with process documentation updates.\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nExecute test scripts for system updates and patches.\nVerify system functionality after maintenance activities.\nAssist with user acceptance testing coordination.\nDocument test results and system issues.\nSupport system upgrade and implementation activities.\nSpecial Event Support\nProvide extended system support during major events.\nMonitor system performance during high-volume periods.\nCoordinate with event management teams on system needs.\nEnsure payment processing systems remain operational.\nAssist with event-specific reporting requirements.\nQualifications\n1+ Years of business system support experience.\nexperience supporting ERP system functionality, user accounts and data quality.\nExperience assisting with system testing, maintenance, and upgrades. \nExposure to event-driven, high-volume operations preferred but not required.\nBasic understanding of database concepts and reporting tools.\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office. \nTo Apply\nTo apply, please submit your resume.
