The role will report to the Sr. Director, Learning & Development (Growth Businesses).\nIn this role, the Sr. Manager will lead the people, learning strategy, and core development programs for this function. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development, Technical Training, or Workforce Development professional who enjoys developing people, building scalable programs, and connecting learning to business results. You’ll lead a team of training professionals and oversee programs spanning technical training, onboarding, front-line leadership development, apprenticeships, field training, and career development, while partnering with operational leaders to ensure our teams have the skills they need to succeed.\nWhy Join Us? Auto glass experience is a nice-to-have - not a requirement. We’re looking for a leader who knows how to develop people, build effective training programs, solve problems, and turn strategy into action.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead & Develop: Coach, develop, and inspire a team of training professionals.\nBuild Training Programs: Lead technical, operational, onboarding, front-line leadership, apprenticeship, and career-development programs.\nPartner With Operations: Work with field and business leaders to identify performance gaps and create practical learning solutions.\nShape Strategy: Translate business priorities into scalable learning strategies and measurable action plans.\nDevelop Talent: Create programs and career pathways that build skills and support long-term growth.\nDrive Results: Use data and learner feedback to measure effectiveness and continuously improve programs.\nEmbrace Technology: Evolve digital, virtual, and hands-on learning solutions to meet changing business needs.\nMake an Impact: Support training initiatives across a geographically dispersed organization.\nWhat You'll Bring\n7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, technical training workforce development, or a related field.\n3+ years of people leadership, program leadership, or team management experience.\nExperience leading training programs across multiple locations, teams, or field environments.\nStrong knowledge of adult learning and training methodologies.\nExperience coaching and developing trainers, facilitators, or learning professionals.\nStrong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder mgmt. skills.\nAbility to connect training initiatives to measurable business outcomes.\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nExperience with LMS platforms, digital learning, or virtual training is a plus.\nNice to Have\nAutomotive, fleet, manufacturing, technical service, or skilled-trades experience.\nAuto glass or ADAS experience.\nApprenticeship, military transition, or workforce development experience.\nRequirements\nValid driver's license and ability to meet company MVR requirements.\nAbility to pass a background check.\nAbility to travel approximately 30-40% to support field training, team development, and stakeholder engagement.\nAbility to work in office, training, shop, and field environments as needed.\n\nIf you’re passionate about developing people, building career pathways, and creating training that drives real-world results -
