stakeholders.\nDevelop pricing benchmarks, should-cost models, and market comparison analyses to support sourcing decisions and negotiations.\nPROCUREMENT OPERATIONS SUPPORT\nPartner with Category Managers to provide data-driven analysis that supports category strategy development, opportunity identification, and sourcing execution.\nSupport end-to-end sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) through bid analysis, supplier scoring models, total cost of ownership (TCO) calculations, and scenario modeling.\nTrack and report on savings pipeline, realized savings, and cost avoidance in alignment with Finance and procurement leadership requirements.\nAssist in building and maintaining supplier scorecards, tracking supplier performance metrics including on-time delivery, fill rates, quality, and compliance.\nSupport contract management activities by maintaining contract databases, tracking key dates, renewal windows, and obligation milestones.\nAssist in the development and maintenance of procurement policies, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.\nSYSTEMS & DATA INFRASTRUCTURE\nServe as the Indirect Procurement team's primary Power BI developer and analytics resource, owning dashboard architecture, data model design, and report publishing.\nConnect and integrate data from ERP, eProcurement, contract management, and supplier systems into centralized analytics environments.\nIdentify gaps in data quality, system integrations, and reporting infrastructure; recommend and implement improvements to enhance data reliability.\nSupport the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of procurement technology tools, including Workday Strategic Sourcing, spend analytics platforms, and supplier management systems.\nDevelop and document data definitions, report logic, and dashboard governance standards to ensure consistency and scalability.\nCollaborate with IT and Finance to ensure alignment on data governance, taxonomy standards, and financial reporting requirements.\nCOLLABORATION & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT\nAct as an embedded analytics partner to Category Managers and procurement leadership, translating business questions into analytical frameworks and insights.\nPresent data findings, dashboard outputs, and procurement performance updates to internal stakeholders in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner.\nSupport cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, IT, and Facilities by delivering procurement data that informs broader business decisions.\nParticipate in supplier business reviews and QBRs by preparing performance data packages, trend analyses, and supporting materials.\nContribute to the Procurement Transformation roadmap by identifying analytical capabilities, reporting enhancements, and process automation opportunities.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.\n2-4 years of experience in procurement analytics, supply chain analysis, business intelligence, or a related data and operations function.\nAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling (DAX), report development, dashboard design, and workspace administration required.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and financial modeling.\nExperience with spend analytics, ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle), or eProcurement platforms preferred.\nAbility to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources into structured, analysis-ready formats.\nSolid understanding of indirect procurement categories, sourcing processes, and supply chain fundamentals.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nSUCCESS MEASURES\nDelivery of accurate, timely, and adoption-ready Power BI dashboards and procurement reports.\nMeasurable improvement in data quality, reporting consistency, and procurement visibility across indirect categories.\nAnalytical support that accelerates sourcing initiatives, savings identification, and supplier performance improvements.\nStakeholder satisfaction
