of the company fleet of vehicles supporting Protech and mobile business operations \nPartner with Field Leadership and Fleet stakeholders to ensure vehicles are properly assigned, maintained, tracked, and available to support business needs \nMonitor fleet utilization, vehicle readiness, maintenance schedules, and downtime to support technician productivity \nCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors for vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, registrations, and compliance requirements \nSupport disciplined tracking of fleet-related assets, equipment, and inventory assigned to company vehicles \nIdentify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency, reduce operating costs, and maximize vehicle availability\n\nFleet & Field Enablement\nEnsure rapid and dependable fulfillment supporting fleet repair, maintenance, and calibration services \nEnable Protech mobile technicians with timely access to critical tools, components, and properly equipped vehicles \nCoordinate expedited and same-day logistics to minimize technician downtime and delays \nSupport vehicle readiness to ensure field teams have access to safe, reliable, and properly stocked company vehicles\n\nProcess Improvement & Scalability\nDevelop, implement, and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) \nIdentify and drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and performance metrics \nBuild scalable processes to support multi-site growth, fleet expansion, and increasing operational complexity \nLeverage KPIs to monitor performance and drive accountability across warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, and fleet operations\n\nTeam Leadership & Development\nLead, and develop high-performing warehouse team \nEstablish clear expectations, roles, and accountability standards \nFoster a culture centered on safety, performance, and continuous improvement \nAlign staffing and resources to meet fluctuating demand\n\nSafety & Compliance\nEnsure full compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations \nLead safety training, audits, and continuous awareness initiatives \nPromote a safety-first culture across all warehouse and fleet-related operations \nSupport compliance with company vehicle policies, inspection requirements, and safe vehicle operating standards\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n\nQualifications\n5+ years distribution center fleet experience \nProven ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvement \nExperience with inventory management systems (WMS) \nExperience overseeing fleet operations, vehicle readiness, maintenance coordination, or asset management preferred \nDemonstrated success partnering across multiple departments \nStrong leadership, organizational, and
