This location is company-owned, therefore earns the following benefits:\nHealth insurance - Medical, Dental, and Vision\nPTO days and paid holidays\n401K retirement plan with company match\nTransporation from Company’s location to and from customer job sites will be provided\nCompany tools and PPE provided\nGuaranteed 40 hours/week with overtime potential\nDay shift hours\nGrow your career with us - many promotional opportunities available\nWorking with luxury products and 100% custom builds\nFranchises are independently owned and operated and may offer different benefits.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nPerform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in the home or commercial buildings.\nUtilize company-provided CAD drawingsblueprints to install systems properly and efficiently.\nAssemble and install systems of varying complexity.\nAssists in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes.\nMaintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order (tools are provided).\nInstall systems independently or with team members depending on the size of the job.\nProvide a high level of customer service for in-home installations.\nMaintain safety standards at all time.\nResponsible for driving to and from customer sites and operating a company-provided vehicles in a safe manner. \nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.\n Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nExperience with common hand and power tools\nTrade or vocational school experience desirable\nCabinetry or carpentry skills desirable\nStrong verbal and written communication and listening skills\nAble to walk, lift 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch\n Find us on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
