This location is company-owned, therefore earns the following benefits:\nHealth insurance - Medical, Dental, and Vision\nPTO days and paid holidays\n401K retirement plan with company match\n40 hours/week with overtime potential\nGrow your career with us - many promotional opportunities are available\nFranchises are independently owned and operated and may offer different benefits.\n***The pay for this opportunity is $70,000-$75,000 with annual bonus potential***\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nReceive and stage all materials for customer jobs at California Closets Owned (CCO) locations.\nConduct physical counts to control inventory levels and reconcile with the data storage system.\nMaintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair, and requisitions for replacement.\nTrack and analyze all ongoing projects.\nEnsure appropriate procedures and standards are established and followed.\nEnsure all work is complete and documented.\nCoordinate receiving inspection to ensure all ordered materials have been received.\nExamine materials to verify specifications required and stock materials in designated areas of the warehouse.\n Minimum of five years of experience in the construction industry.\nMinimum of two years of experience managing a Warehouse.\nHigh School diploma or GED required.\nExperience in directing warehouse personnel as required and supporting supply chain demands.\nAbility to work in a production environment including sitting, standing, bending, and operating machinery.\nMust be able to lift 50 pounds and have full mobility to showcase installation and production techniques.\nMust have sight, speech, and hearing adequate for a woodworking environment.\nExtensive travel may be required. \n Find us on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
