For more information, please visit https://www.callawaygolf.com\nKey Responsibilities\nInventory Management\n· Maintain inventory accuracy at or above 98%.\n· Manage and oversee the cycle count program in accordance with company policies.\n· Coordinate periodic physical inventories and internal audits.\n· Validate inventory movements, adjustments, and transfers in SAP.\n· Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective and preventive actions.\n· Monitor and reduce obsolete, slow-moving, and nonconforming inventory levels.\n· Ensure material traceability from receipt through consumption or shipment.\nSAP Systems Administration\n· Ensure proper use of SAP for all material transactions.\n· Oversee the integrity of inventory-related master data.\n· Coordinate inventory transfers, adjustments, and reconciliations.\n· Support the analysis of inventory variances resulting from incorrect transactions.\n· Actively participate in SAP, WMS, or digital warehouse tool optimization projects.\nLeadership and People Management\n· Lead and develop the inventory and warehouse team under this position’s responsibility.\n· Set individual and team objectives.\n· Manage employee performance indicators.\n· Continuously train the team on inventory procedures, SAP, and best practices.\n· Promote a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement.\nOperational Management\n· Ensure the proper flow of materials to production and shipping areas.\n· Coordinate activities with Purchasing, Planning, Production, Quality, and Finance.\n· Monitor operational indicators related to inventory and warehouses.\n· Ensure compliance with internal procedures and audit requirements.\nContinuous Improvement\n· Lead projects to increase inventory accuracy.\n· Identify process automation opportunities.\n· Apply Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.\n· Participate in root cause analyses and corrective actions.\nEducation\nRequired\n· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Administration, or a related field.\nPreferred\n· Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.\nExperience\nRequired\n· More than 5 years of experience in inventory control, industrial warehousing, materials planning, or logistics operations.\n· More than 3 years of people leadership experience.\nPreferred\n· Experience in multinational manufacturing companies.\n· Experience in automotive, aerospace, electronics, or consumer goods environments.\n· Experience managing multiple warehouses or locations (a plus).\nDE&I and EEOC:\nInclusion & Diversity: As a purpose-led, performance driven company, we strive to foster a culture of belonging based on respect, connection, openness and authenticity.
