As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost, while developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLeading, coaching and developing production managers and their teams to deliver outstanding performance\nDriving manufacturing performance against safety, quality, delivery and cost targets\nPlanning labour and production capacity to meet customer demand and business objectives\nLeading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency\nWorking collaboratively with local and global stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes\nAbout You\nThe Manufacturing Manager will be an experienced manufacturing leader with a passion for developing people and delivering operational excellence.
