Job Responsibilities
- Run in-home sales appointments.
- Build rapport and earn customer trust.
- Perform load calculations, system assessments, and comfort surveys.
- Present solutions using a proven process.
- Explain financing options clearly.
- Follow up professionally and proactively .
- Document visits and outcomes with accuracy.
- Build self-generated lead pipeline.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, competitive mindset.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Pass a drug test.
- Reside within 45 minutes of our office.
- Preferred (not required): 1+ years of in-home sales experience (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, solar, etc.)
- Preferred (not required): Experience with HVAC.
- Preferred (not required): Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar CRM.
