Revenue is growing at a strong double-digit rate, and the company is investing in new product development.\nThe business is owner-operated by a hands-on, technically minded leader who uses AI tools daily. The team is small (under 20 people) and runs more like a startup than a legacy manufacturer. The goal is to show that Canadian manufacturing can compete globally through smart use of AI and automation.\nThe role\nThis is a commercial ownership role. You will run a portfolio of consumer brands in home textiles, including direct-to-consumer brands and licensed product lines, and be accountable for their growth and profitability.\nWhat you'll own\nBuilding and executing growth plans across current and new sales channels\nProduct development, sourcing, pricing, positioning, merchandising, conversion, retention, inventory and cash\nTracking net sales, contribution margin, acquisition costs, lifetime value and working capital, and using forecasting and unit economics to drive profitable growth\nLeading contractors and building a small, high-output team as the business scales\nUsing the right tools and working with technical specialists to make results measurable and repeatable\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\nA track record of commercial ownership, with measurable results from launching or growing a brand, product line or business\nStrong quantitative skills, advanced spreadsheet ability, forecasting and sound judgment on contribution margin\nInitiative, clear communication and the ability to execute independently when things are ambiguous\nComfort with a high-intensity environment, regular work outside standard hours and a very wide range of problems, from operations to brand launches to product R&D\nStrong AI, software, data or integration skills are a big plus.
