across both frontend and backend layers.\n\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional partners while maintaining strong individual ownership.\n\nMake informed trade-offs between speed, growth.\n\nProvide guidance and mentorship to other engineers as the team expands.\n\nEvaluate tooling and infrastructure decisions, including build-versus-buy considerations.\n\nRequirements\nExtensive experience (10+ years) in software development with a strong breadth across frontend and backend systems.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex initiatives independently in high-growth or startup environments.\n\nDeep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.\n\nStrong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or equivalent.\n\nSolid backend experience, particularly with Node.js and Go.\n\nStrong database knowledge across relational and non-relational systems, including performance optimization.\n\nExperience building APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) and designing service-oriented architectures.\n\nFamiliarity with major cloud providers and distributed system patterns.\n\nHands-on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and production operations.\n\nExperience working with containerization and orchestration tools.\n\nExposure to event-driven architectures and messaging systems.\n\nStrong system design skills and an understanding of trade-offs in evolving products.\n\nAbility to operate effectively with limited guidance and shifting priorities.\n\nClear communication skills, especially when bridging technical and business contexts.\n\nExperience leading migrations, refactors, or platform evolution is a strong asset.\n\nSuccess Indicators\nYou deliver critical systems independently
