Als Teil eines grossen Agile Release Trains (ART) arbeitet das Team nach SAFe und SCRUM an strategischen Vorhaben und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Banking-Plattform.\nZur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Avaloq-Spezialisten mit fundierten Java-Entwicklungskenntnissen, der die Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Vorhaben aktiv mitgestaltet.\nHauptaufgaben:\nParametrisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Portfolio-Management-Funktionen sowie Stammdatenerweiterungen innerhalb der Avaloq Banking Plattform\n\nMitarbeit an einem grossflächigen Refactoring im Bereich Anlagevorschläge, insbesondere von Funktionen, Schnittstellen und Service-Calls\n\nDesign und Entwicklung von Event-Streaming-Schnittstellen zur Anbindung an eine zentrale, Kafka-basierte Integrationsplattform\n\nBetreuung und Weiterentwicklung Java-basierter Backend-Komponenten\n\nAnalyse und Umsetzung fachlicher sowie technischer Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern\n\nUnterstützung des laufenden Betriebs sowie Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen\n\nAktive Mitarbeit in einem agilen DevOps-Team nach SAFe und SCRUM\n\nRequirements\nAnforderungen:\nMindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Avaloq-Parametrisierung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Java-Backend-Entwicklung\n\nFundierte Kenntnisse in der Parametrisierung von Portfolio-Management-Funktionen und Stammdaten\n\nErfahrung in der Entwicklung und Integration von Schnittstellen; Kenntnisse in Kafka und Event Streaming sind von Vorteil\n\nErfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden wie SAFe und SCRUM\n\nBereitschaft, betriebliche Verantwortung im Rahmen des DevOps-Ansatzes zu übernehmen\n\nAusgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, rasche Auffassungsgabe und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise\n\nOffene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist\n\nFreude und Interesse an Themen rund um Anlagen & Vorsorge\n\nGenerelle Rahmenbedingungen:\nPensum: 100%\n\nEinsatz: ab 1.
