This role involves experienced HVAC installers with various experience to ensure installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to code.\nWhat You Get!\nMedical, Dental and Insurance\nYear-round work\nTablet, uniform\n401(k) Medical, Dental\nPTO\nGrowth Opportunities\nResponsibilities:\n Prepare and maintain job sites by unloading materials and equipment.\nAssist in the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components.\nSupport the setup and layout of HVAC systems following blueprints or engineering specifications.\nCarry and handle tools, equipment, and materials needed for installation.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the job site, tools, and equipment.\nAdhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.\nComply with local HVAC codes and regulations during installations.\nInteract professionally with clients, addressing their questions and concerns courteously.\nAssist in explaining the installation process and timelines to customers.\nQualifications:\n2+ year of previous experience with HVAC \nBasic understanding of HVAC systems and components.\nAbility to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.\nStrong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nAttention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.\nEPA Certification \nPhysical Demands:\nStand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.\nMay be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.\nMay be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.\nMay be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing.\nAbility to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.\nComfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.\nPAY TRANSPARENCY:\nThe starting hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $40-$60 hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.\nWe provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
