Reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A you will be responsible for pulling together reports and analysis to support the decision making of the Executive and Leadership teams. Additionally, you will partner closely with various departments, Talent & Culture and Accounting to improve our internal financial processes and help advance the operating objectives of the business. \nThe best fit for this position is someone who is detail oriented, analytically minded, an advanced excel user and is an excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating with people across all departments. \n\nWhat You'll Do \nMonitor and analyze budget/forecast variances each month and work with department leadership to help make operating decisions. \nRun monthly variance analysis for assigned departments and work with department leaders to ensure all expected expenses are planned in the forecast. \nManage the company’s financial model, building new components to align with current business initiatives, while streamlining reporting and usability of the model.\nAssist with the preparation of the monthly forecast and annual budget. Adjust the financial forecast model to reflect expected revenue and expenses as needed.\nPrepare monthly financial packages, KPIs, and other analyses/reports using systems like Looker, Netsuite, Zuora, and Salesforce.\nDevelop new revenue forecasting capabilities and systems for communicating changes.\nCollaborate with Talent and Culture on position and headcount tracking/forecasting\nProvide modeling and analysis to support pricing decisions led by the Product Marketing team.\nWork on multi-year business cases with leadership, marketing and product management. \nDevelop and maintain granular analysis of our cost of acquisition through various sales channels. \nContinually work to improve internal financial processes to gain efficiency.\nMonitor business processes and develop tools to track trends and help inform finance leadership.\nPrepare financials for annual 409a valuation\nPrepare market analysis reporting with comparisons to similar SaaS companies.\n\nWhat You'll Need\nUndergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance\n5+ Years related experience\nStrong organization/documentation skills and attention to detail needed to be successful\nAbility to communicate complex financial information to non-financial leaders\nNetsuite, Zuora, Salesforce and Looker experience a plus, but not required\nAdvanced excel skills required (Knowledge of pivot tables, lookup methods, chart creation, and data integrity issues)\n If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply!
