At CallRail, our website is at the heart of our customer experience and business growth, and we are looking to add a driven, detail-oriented Web Producer to our Marketing team. Reporting to the Manager, Website Strategy, this position will be responsible for managing daily website updates and supporting accessibility, performance, and site troubleshooting efforts. This role requires a CMS expert with working knowledge of web best practices around accessibility, analytics, and UX. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on publishing work and has a passion for building, growing, and optimizing a best-in-class website.\n\nWhat You'll Do \nCreate, maintain, and update website content using a CMS; serve as the primary point of contact for content changes\nPerform regular content QA to catch issues before and after publishing\nPartner closely with our UX Designer to translate Figma designs into new pages\nPartner with Engineering to set up and execute A/B tests within the CMS\nImplement approved pricing and parameter changes within the CMS\nHandle minor coding and troubleshooting for page-level issues\nLead web accessibility efforts, including audits, compliance, and remediation\nMonitor page-level performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations\nCollaborate closely with Marketing stakeholders, Design, Product, and Engineering\nPerform regular full website QA and maintenance to ensure our site is functioning properly at all times\n\nWhat You'll Need\nRelevant experience in web production, working in a CMS (Builder.io)\nSolid understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript\nWorking knowledge of Figma and experience translating designs into working pages\nKnowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and remediation practices\nExperience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)\nExperience running or supporting A/B tests\nKnowledge of web best practices\nExperience using project management tools (Asana)\nComfortable using AI tools to streamline day-to-day production work\nAbility to build relationships with cross-functional teams\nHighly organized and self-motivated\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply!
