Set performance standards, enforce safety protocols, and foster a culture of accountability and professionalism. \nOperational Oversight: Coordinate daily workflow, oversee installations and repairs, and ensure compliance with all codes and safety regulations. Work closely with dispatch and office staff to maximize team efficiency. \nRevenue Growth: Identify areas for increased sales and profitability within plumbing operations. Monitor KPIs, manage team productivity, and ensure service targets are met or exceeded. \nTechnical Excellence: Provide hands-on support in the field when needed.
